Technical Attachments and Declaration of Conformity
Particular attention was paid to the plumbing and boiler sector.
The program allows you to manage the specific problems of the sector, with specific regard to the mandatory documentation that must be prepared. It is therefore possible to easily fill in the Declarations of Conformity, with the data of the plant owner, which will be taken directly from the customer database, thus allowing to reduce data entry times.
It is also possible to compile and print the Mandatory Technical Attachments of the systems in an easier way with the possibility, if combined with a CAD design software, to import the related images and diagrams.
Calendar for appointments and deadlines
Always having the commitments of your technicians under control will no longer be a problem. Thanks to the integration of a calendar, it is possible to manage the personal agenda of each technician, to enter the requests received from customers and then assign the interventions. It therefore allows the management of appointments and periodic checks.
Document management
Each declaration of conformity will then be automatically archived in the customer's document management for easy retrieval in the future, together with all other documents that interest the customer.
App for technical reports
Thanks to the integration with the "Technical Reports" app for tablets and smartphones, you can forget about the paper blocks and the time wasted returning them to the management system.
Warehouse management
Warehouse management allows you to always have the status of multiple warehouses, both physical and logical, under control, providing information such as stocks, availability, committed and ordered. Checking the inventory and enhancing the warehouse is no longer a problem. In addition to the most common functions, such as printing the inventory and managing the stocks of individual products, it allows you to make statistics, targeted replacements and more. With the price lists and contracts you can then manage differentiated prices for each individual product based on the customer, quantities and units of measurement.
ADATTO allows you to manage product barcodes and print labels with the most common printers on the market; it is also possible to use both wire and wireless barcode readers.
